Mosquitofish Service Request Form

Mosquitofish are available for pickup at the District Office in Lakeport from May 1 through October 31 (dates are subject to change based on weather and temperatures). Please call our office at (707) 263-4770 to confirm that we have mosquitofish available .

If you cannot come to the District in Lakeport , then you can request a mosquitofish delivery to your residence. Your vector control technician will schedule a time to deliver fish to your location. You will need to meet the vector control technician or provide a 5-gallon bucket in a shaded location. Delivery may take several weeks. Please note that if we cannot contact you, that delivery will be delayed.
