Mosquito, Vector, and Disease Control Assessment Engineer's Report

In 2009, Lake County property owners approved an annual benefit assessment for vector control.  In each subsequent year for which the assessments will be levied, the  District's Board must approve an updated Engineer’s Report for the upcoming fiscal year at a noticed public hearing,  typically held on the second Wednesday in June. The Engineer’s Report includes a budget for the upcoming fiscal year’s costs and services and an updated assessment roll listing all parcels and their proposed assessments for the upcoming fiscal year.  If the Board approves this Engineer's Report and the assessments it establishes for the upcoming fiscal year, then the assessments are submitted to the County Auditor for inclusion on the property tax rolls.

The District's most recent engineer's report is available below.
